Section 1

Introduction

• "Cash Balance" — funds deposited by the player or transferred from bonus balance following fulfilment of wagering requirements, freely withdrawable subject to standard withdrawal conditions.

• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of kis819 services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law or platform policy.

• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a player must wager using bonus funds before those funds or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

Section 3

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account with kis819, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. kis819 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gaming activities on the platform, consistent with international responsible gambling standards applicable to casino-style and sports wagering operations.
2. You are a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold accounts.

4. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

6. You are not subject to a self-exclusion order on the kis819 platform or any affiliated platform operated under the same licensing framework.

Section 4

Account Registration & KYC Verification

Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. The information provided must include, at minimum, your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

kis819 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before any withdrawal is processed — and potentially before certain deposit thresholds are reached — you will be required to submit the following documentation:

• Identity Verification: A clear copy of your valid Malaysian MyKad (both sides), passport, or driver's licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three (3) months, showing your full name and current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your identity document, taken within the last 48 hours of submission.

Terms of Use

Section 6

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kis819 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are currently supported:

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your cash balance upon successful confirmation. kis819 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which kis819 accepts no liability.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification and must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the account holder. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise specified. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes published in the platform FAQ, subject to verification status and internal security review.

Section 7

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

kis819 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where applicable, initial KYC verification.
• Each bonus promotion specifies a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x). The wagering requirement must be met in full using the bonus balance before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Minimum deposit thresholds apply to trigger bonus activation, as specified per promotion. The standard minimum qualifying deposit is RM 50 unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited if the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period specified for the promotion, typically 30 days from bonus activation unless otherwise stated.

Section 8

Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted on the kis819 platform, including pre-match and in-play markets across football (EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, Champions League, World Cup), UFC and MMA events, basketball, tennis, and all other available markets:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of placement confirmation. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation; once a bet is confirmed, the accepted odds apply.
• In the event of a match or event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment before the relevant markets have concluded, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in market-specific rules.
• In-play bets are accepted at the platform's discretion. kis819 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. Current limits are published in the platform FAQ.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds being offered, kis819 reserves the right to void affected bets at any time, including after event settlement.

Section 9

Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on the kis819 platform — including video slots, live dealer tables (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo), lottery products, and arcade games — are governed by the following conditions:

• All games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studio facilities. Results are generated fairly and independently of the player's actions or account status.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published or made available upon request. Actual results may vary from theoretical RTP values over any given session.
• In the event of a software malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved based on the last confirmed game state held by the server. If no valid game state can be determined, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

• Multiple Account Operation: Creating or operating more than one account, whether under the same name or different identities.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through methods including low-risk hedging strategies, collusion, or account multiplication for bonus harvesting purposes.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without prior written consent from kis819.

The kis819 name, logo, and any associated marks are proprietary to kis819. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use any trade mark, logo, or brand identifier belonging to kis819 or its partners.

Section 13

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kis819 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

kis819's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kis819 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform uptime and security, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Section 14

Account Suspension & Termination

kis819 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where any of the following apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10.
• Instruction from a regulatory body, law enforcement agency, or court order.
• Detection of duplicate accounts attributed to the same individual.

Upon account closure for cause, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Verified cash balances will be returned to the account holder via an approved payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding security review. Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support.

Section 15

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which kis819 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via kis819's customer support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of formal notice, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable dispute resolution body. You waive any right to bring a class action or representative proceeding against kis819.

Nothing in this clause limits kis819's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain breach of these Terms.

Section 16

Amendments to These Terms

kis819 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.
